Food safety is a priority. Here is how allergen information is handled on Bladayaa.
Display
- A listing shows allergen information when supplied. Missing or incomplete information does not guarantee the absence of any allergen, including traces.
- This information is provided by the shop and shown for guidance only.
Surprise baskets
- The contents of a surprise basket vary with the products available: it may contain any of the allergens listed on the shop’s page.
- If you have a severe allergy, prefer offers with known contents and check directly with the shop.
At pickup
- Always tell the shop about any allergy when you collect your basket.
- The shop remains the most reliable source on the exact composition of its products.
Storage
- Preparation dates and storage requirements depend on the product. Ask the shop, respect use-by dates and the applicable cold chain. A reduced price never removes food safety requirements.
Who is responsible
- Allergen information is provided by each shop, which is solely responsible for it as the seller and food business operator. Bladayaa displays it without being able to verify it or guarantee the absence of an allergen or traces.
- If you have an allergic reaction, see a doctor immediately, then report the incident to us: we pass it on to the shop and may suspend the offer.
