Your first surprise basket: a pickup guide
From choosing a shop to collecting your food, a few simple habits make your first reservation easier.
Read the offer before reserving
Check the price in DH, address, collection window and merchant instructions. A surprise basket makes use of the day’s remaining products; it is not an à la carte order. Quantities and contents depend on the offer.
Keep your reservation handy
Find your basket in the app before leaving. Bring the cash payment and a bag if the shop requests one. If you cannot come, check cancellation options in the app rather than missing the collection window.
Follow the app instructions at the counter
Arrive during the stated window and mention your Bladayaa reservation. Scan the shop’s QR code to confirm pickup; a six-digit code is available as a fallback. Pay the stated amount in cash at the shop.
Questions about the food?
The merchant prepares the basket and can answer questions about ingredients, allergens and storage. Ask before eating. For a reservation issue, contact Bladayaa support with the relevant details without publishing your pickup code.
