Shops offer products that have not sold during the day. You get a reduced price with surprise contents and a specific pickup window. The price and available information are shown before you reserve.

It depends on the day’s surplus. The category and shop information help you choose, but the exact products may vary. Photos are illustrations; a pictured item is not guaranteed.

Reserve in the app and pay cash directly to the shop at pickup. Bladayaa currently has no online payment.

Cancellation is free until two hours before the pickup window starts, from My bags in the app. After that, contact support if you have a problem.

Reservations happen in the iOS and Android apps. The website explains the service, directs you to the app and lets businesses apply for a partnership.

Read the available information and ask the shop before reserving. A surprise bag does not guarantee the absence of allergens or traces. If unsure, do not eat the product.

The shop. It prepares, stores and sells the bag and is solely responsible for its quality, hygiene, allergens and conformity. Bladayaa is the platform that connects you: if something goes wrong, write to us — we forward your complaint to the shop and can suspend the offer.

Pick up your bag at the shop during the stated window. Bladayaa currently has no delivery service.

Only published, available bags appear in the app. Availability changes with surplus and pickup windows. Check your city and return later; daily bags are not guaranteed.

In the app: Profile → Delete my account. You can also request deletion on the dedicated website page, even without the app installed.
